All Units Must Be Locked:
Your unit must be locked at all times when you are not persent.

RENT:

Rent is due on the 1st (first) day of the every month. 

Accounts must be paid before the 6th (sixth) day of the month to avoid any late fee penalties. 

-  Late Fee Breakdown -
On the 6th - $5.00
On the 16th - $12.00
On the 30th - $12.00

The Key Pad will lock you out on the 6th (sixth) day of the delinquent month.
 
If you would like an invoice sent to you, there will be a $2.00 fee per month.

Invoices are sent to e-mail addresses for free.

Payment Options:

We have installed a Drop Box on the office door, outside the locked gate where it is available 24 hours.

Recurrent Billing:

We now offer Recurrent Billing with your Credit Card that will automatically charge your credit card each month when your payment is due.  If you are interested in Recurrent Billing please call or drop by the office.
